The hotel had a great panoramic view of snow-capped mountains from the balcony, making our Xmas stay memorable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed trying out new dishes. The location was perfect, tucked away from the bustling city, providing a serene environment for relaxation.
The housekeeping could have been better, as we had to remind the staff daily to provide basic amenities like water bottles and towels. The hot water supply was inconsistent, causing inconvenience during showers.
